perfect technical condition.

Do not disable safety and pro-
tective devices.
■
Wear ear defenders.
■
Carefully read and follow the
directions in these operating
instructions and the operating
instructions for the lawn trac-
tor in which the engine is in-
stalled. Learn how to stop the
engine quickly.

Do not use starter sprays or
similar.

you are under the influence of
alcohol, drugs or medication.
3.2 Safety of persons,
animals and property

Use the engine only as in-
tended. Any non-intended use
can lead to injury and property
damage.
■
The user is responsible for ac-
cidents involving other people
and their property.
■
Keep third parties out of the
danger area.
■
Only switch the engine on
when there are no persons or
animals in the working area.
■
Maintain a safe distance to
persons or animals, or switch
the engine off if persons or
animals approach.
■
Never direct the exhaust gas
jet of the engine towards per-
sons and animals or towards
inflammable products and ob-
jects.
