Block the boxes in the holes with concrete and make sure that
the boxes are perfectly horizontal, check that the pins "P1" are
aligned with the pivots and that the levers "L1" touch the lower
border of the leaves

of the boxes and orient them like in the
tapping-screws with the nuts "D1"
transmission levers "L2" making coincide its holes with the
pivots of the levers "L1" and "L3", fix the supplied safety screws
"V1"

forgot something's in the same. Aligned the levers "L1" with the
leaves and fix them provisionally to the lower border by
welding

"Emergency or manual manoeuvre" and carry out a manual
manoeuvre in opening and closing, to control the correct
position of gear motors. Fix definitively the supports "L1" by
strong and good welding.
WARNING
Never carry out circuitries inside the metal boxes.
Make the circuitry like in the control panel manual and install the
obligatory safety devices. Teach the people intended for the use
of the automation about the controls, safety devices, emergency
manoeuvre and dangerousness deriving from the utilize of the
automation. Compile the technical booklet and fulfil the eventual
obligations deriving from the regulations in force.
To avoid dangerous situations that can cause accident or
damages to things or persons, before starting the opening or
closing manoeuvres of the leaves make sure that the covers are
installed and that anyone is nearby the mechanism in movement
and that anything's, as tools or cable, is inside the boxes. Never
carry out any adjustment operations without box cover or with the
gear in working, before to operate into the boxes make sure that
the gear motors operations is finished and that the power supply
is disconnected included possible batteries.
FIN-MECC VERSION
The application to the MAU gear motor of the mechanical limit
switches assures an exact and safe stop, of the two leaves, in
the wanted position. Verify to have the right foundation boxes
suitable for the installation of the device: cod. No. DAA22002
BOX FIN-MECC. Make the installation of the foundation boxes
and of the gear motors as per the standard model. Install the
blocks "Bc", that assure the closing stop of the leaves, with the
screws "Vc" on the support situated in the exterior side of
property

10). Install on the blocks "Bc" the adjust screws
"Vr" with blocking nut "D2" screwing completely, and verifying
that the same touch the levers "L1"
transmission levers "Ba" making coincide its holes with the
pivots of the levers "L1" and "L3", fix the supplied safety screws
"V1"

with blocking nuts "D2" screwing completely
Install the boxes covers and conduct the gates leaves in maximal
opening position wished. Cut off the power supply and the boxes
covers. Unscrew the adjust screws "Vr" applied on the levers "Ba"
till it lays on levers "L1" so fix the nuts "D2"

wished.

Cut the power supply and the boxes covers. Unscrew the adjust
screws applied on the blocks "Bc" till it lays on levers "L1" so fix
the nuts "D2" (fig.11). Install the boxes covers and carry out a
complete movement of the leaves to verify the correct adjusting
of the stops, in case adjust with the screws "Vr" always cutting the
power supply before.

any case any safety device necessary for the regulation of
the installation
DL-180 VERSION
The device DL-180 has been applied to the gear motor MAU to
allow openings until 180°. Therefore, it is necessary to check the
presence of enough space for such an opening where the gate
is supposed to work. Verify to have the right foundation boxes
suitable for the device assembling: cod. no. DAA220022 BOX
FIN-MECC. Carry out the installation of the boxes and the gear
motors as for the standard model, installing instead of the
standard levers "L1" the levers "Lp" supplied with the kit
Install on the gear motors the pinions "Pm" instead of the
standard levers "L3"

the screws "V2" always on the side of the pinions "Pm"
Install the pinions "Pr" on the blocks "D" and fix them with safety
screws "V3"

15). Cut the power supply, if it's switch on, and
put the transmission chain "C" between the levers "Lp", the
pinions "Pr" and "Pm", close them with the supplied link
Grease the chains. We recommend to check periodically their
state of Lubrificate, and when necessary grease them.

only if combined with the original control panel.
EMERGENCY OR MANUAL MANOEUVRE
You have to do the emergency or manual manoeuvre or during
the installation, or only if the automation does not work
properly or if there is not power supply.
CUT OFF THE POWER SUPPLY
Put the supplied key "CHS" in the hole "V" and turn the left
leaf clockwise or the right leaf anticlockwise, to free the gear,
so open the gate manually
the normal functioning of the automation, you have to put the
leaf in the starting position (it start automatically). Place the
key "CHS" in a safety place known exclusively from the
people intended for the use of the automation. Switch on the
power supply, pay attention that there's nobody where the
gate is moving.
