PRESENTATION

The BM 530 is a folding exercise bench for weight training in the home.
You can work in turn on specific muscles on this bench: back, shoulders, pecs, biceps, triceps, quadriceps, hamstrings etc.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

Read instructions carefully and keep for future reference.
1.
The owner is responsible for ensuring that all users of this product are properly informed as to how to use this product safely.
2.
If the appliance is misused, DOMYOS cannot be held liable for the material damage and bodily harm which may result.
3.
This equipment is for household use only (class H). It is not suitable for professional and/or commercial use.
4.
Do not let children come near the appliance unattended.
5.
Check your fitness level with your medical practitioner. This is especially important for persons over the age of 35 or persons with pre-existing
health problems.
6.
If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptom, stop exercising immediately and consult a doctor.
7.
Wear sports shoes to protect your feet. Tie up your hair. Do not wear loose clothing that is likely to get in your way. Take off all jewellery.
8.
Do not allow adjustment equipment to stick out.
9.
The machine must be placed on a stable, flat, horizontal surface.
10. Check that your product is properly locked (switched on and screwed tight) prior to use each time.
11. Before proceeding with any adjustments, remove all weights that are on the product.
12. Load your bar symmetrically. If you put 5 kg on the right, put 5 kg on the left and so on.
MAINTENANCE
For your safety, regularly examine your appliance.
Tighten fastenings.
Inspect the parts subject to most wear: pulleys, leads, connectors etc.
Immediately replace faulty parts.
Do not use the appliance until it is repaired.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
Warm up prior to each session.
Increase the loads progressively.
Exercise smoothly, without any sudden movements.
Always keep your back straight (avoid arching and slouching).
If you are a beginner, start by training with light weights for a few weeks to get your body used to exercising your muscles. Next start on
sequences of 10 to 15 repetitions, generally 4 sequences per set of muscles, pausing between each sequence. Switch between exercises on
the different muscle groups. Do not exercise every muscle every day, spread out your training over several days.
COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE
DOMYOS guarantees this product in normal conditions of use, 5 years for the structure and 2 years for other parts and labour, from the date of
purchase, the date on the receipt is binding.
DOMYOS'S obligation with regards to this guarantee is limited to the replacement or repair of the product, at the discretion of DOMYOS.
This guarantee doesn't apply in cases of:
Damage caused during transportation
Use and/or storage outside in a damp environment (excluding trampolines)
Poor assembly
Misuse or abnormal use
Poor maintenance
Repairs made by technicians not approved by DOMYOS
Use in a non-domestic setting
This guarantee does not cancel the legal guarantee applicable in the country of purchase.
