VASNER provides a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase if the installa-
tion and commissioning are completed in accordance with this user manual.
In the event of a fault or damage, which was caused by improper handling
or installation, there shall be no claim for warranty services.
During the warranty period, defective heaters due to material or manufac-
turing faults will either be repaired or replaced, at our discretion. Replaced
heaters or components then belong to VASNER. Warranty services do not
lengthen the warranty period nor do they trigger a new warranty altogether.
Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and as soon as a
fault is detected.

From 1.1.2018, the installation and commissioning of infrared heaters is only
permitted in conjunction with an external control unit / thermostat. The control
unit / thermostat is not part of the product.
Within the scope of Regulation (EU) 2015/1188, electric individual room heat-
ers with electronic room temperature controls (thermostats) with the function
weekday control and "window open detection" or "adaptive control of the start
of heating" must be controlled and operated. With the matching thermostat set
VASNER VFTB thermostat, you can control your heating system accordingly.
