During convection cooking, hot air is circulated throughout the oven cavity to brown
and make crisp foods quickly and evenly. This oven can be programed for ten
different cooking temperatures. The longest cooking time user can set is 95 minutes.
To cook with convection
1. In standby state, place food into the oven and close the oven door.
2. Press .
3. Turn to select the desired cooking temperature – 110°C, 120°C, 130°C,140°C,
150°C,160°, 170°C, 180°C, 190°C or 200°C.

the oven door and place food at the center of the turntable. Close the oven door.

NOTE: The longest preheat time is 30 minutes and the preheat time cannot be set.
You can check the convection temperature during cooking by pressing

3. Turn to select the desired cooking temperature – 110°C, 140°C, 170° or 200°C.
