—Insufficient amount of grease on piston and
O-ring: clean and grease O-ring.
—O-Ring not correctly positioned or dama-
ged: change the O-ring.
3. Inaccuracies:
—Incorrect operation: follow instructions ca-
refully.
—Calibration altered: recalibrate according to
instructions.
—Unsuitable for the particular liquid pipetting
technique: use correct pipetting technique.
—Instrument damaged: send for repair.
4. Push button jammed or moves erratically:
—Piston contaminated or penetration of solvent
vapors: clean and grease O-ring and piston.
5. Tip ejector jammed or moves erratically:
—Tip cone contaminated from outside: Re-
move ejector collar and clean tip cone's outer
surface with ethanol.
6. Volume setting is not properly click stopped:
—Click stop mechanism damaged: Send for
repair.
7. Push button does not turn for volume set-
ting:
—Use of excessive force beyond the range of
pipette : Send for repair.
WARRANTY 3 YEARS
These pipettes are warranted to be free from
defects in material and workmanship for a pe-
riod of three years from the date of purchase.
Your product will be duly repaired upon
prompt notification in compliance with the fo-
llowing conditions:
Defects or damages caused by physical &
chemical abuse or normal wear and tear or re-
sulting from the pipette being used in any
manner other than as instructed in the manual
are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty is invalidated by non-factory
modification, which will immediately termi-
nate all liabilities on us for the product or da-
mages caused by its use.
The buyer & its customer shall be responsi-
ble for the product or use of products as well
as any supervision required for safety.
If requested, the product must be returned
to us or the distributor in well packed & insu-
red manner and all shipping charges must be
paid.
Routine cleaning and recalibration are not
covered under the terms of warranty.
