HOW TO INSTALL

If the car seat cannot be installed with the use of ISOFIX fastening spots
in the vehicle, ISOFIX fasteners may remain hidden inside the car seat,
and the car seat may be therefore installed solely with the use of three-
point safety belts.
By installing the child safety seat on the front seat of the vehicle, make
sure the backrest of the vehicle seat is in vertical position.
With three-point safety belts and ISOFIX fasteners
1.
Place the child safety seat inside the car. Grip and pull ISOFIX release
key to pull ISOFIX arms out (fig. 2). ISOFIX arms work properly when
you pull them out fully.
2.
Press ISOFIX fasteners against ISOFIX fastening spots in the vehicle (fig.
3). Make sure all ISOFIX control lights are GREEN (fig. 4). Press the child
restraint system against the vehicle seat backrest as much as you can.
3.
Put the child in the car seat.
4.
Carry the shoulder belt through the shoulder belt guide (fig. 5). Carry
the hip belt through the hip belt guide (fig. 9). Fasten safety belts.
Make sure the belt is not twisted (fig. 9A).
With three-point safety belts only
1.
Place the child safety seat on the vehicle seat. Carry the shoulder belt
through shoulder belt guide (fig. 5). Carry the hip belt through hip belt
guide (fig. 9). Fasten safety belts. Make sure the belt is not twisted (fig. 9A).
How to put the child in
1.
Adjust the headrest to child's height by pressing the height
adjustment (fig. 6). Adjust the headrest so that there is a finger-
thick space between the headrest and child's arms (fig. 7).
2.
The car seat can be inclined in three positions. Set the car seat in
a suitable position before you secure the child with safety belts (fig. 8).
3.
Fasten safety belts (fig. 9). Make sure the belt is not twisted (fig. 9A).
