2. Move the fuel lever to the right to open the fuel
valve.
3. Move the choke lever to the left to set the choke
function to ON.
4. Turn the ignition key to "START" and release when
the engine starts.
CAUTION
continuously for more than 10 seconds.
Wait 60 seconds to let the engine
become cool before restart.
Note
If the engine does not start, turn the ignition
key to "OFF" (0). Speak to your Husqvarna service
agent.

Do not crank the engine
Note
If a metal noise occurs, operate the engine
for 5 minutes. If the noise continues, operate the
engine at middle throttle for 20 minutes. If the noise
continues, speak to your Husqvarna service agent.
5. Set the choke function to OFF.
a) If the engine is cold, move the choke lever slowly
to the right, to set the choke function to OFF.
b) If the engine is warm, move the choke lever
immediately to the right, to ser the choke function
to OFF.
6. Pull the throttle control out ⅓.
To do work with dust
This product has a dust outlet on the blade block cover.
The dust outlet is used to connect a dust extractor.

Always use a dust extractor. It is also recommended
to use an antistatic extraction hose.

To connect a dust extractor to the
product
1. Turn the wing nut on the plug counterclockwise.
2. Remove the plug from the pipe on the blade block
cover.
