DEVICE ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY
In order to assemble and disassemble the device correctly:
a) Switch the device off with the OFF/ON button and unplug from the power
supply. Rotate the mixer arm locking handle clockwise, to horizontal position.
The machine arm will lift automatically. Then release the handle. The arm has
been locked, and the handle returns to the vertical position automatically.
b) In order to install the agitator, slide its opening onto the arbor of the device and
turn right until it is locked. In order to disassemble the agitator, turn it in the
opposite direction.
c) Insert the kneading trough and turn it clockwise until locked. In order
disassemble, turn in the opposite direction.
d) Lower the arm of the device. To this end, turn the arm locking handle to the
horizontal position. Press the mixer arm down to lock. After releasing, the
handle will return to its original position.
e) The obtained position is the operational position of the device.

3.3. Working with the device

Agitators facilitating food product processing are included with the device.
Each of the provided agitators has a specific function:
1. Flat agitator
For: kneading crispy doughs, pasta, stuffing
Optimum rotation speed: medium
2. Hook
For: kneading sticky doughs, kneading doughs
Optimum rotation speed: low
3. Stick
For: kneading light doughs, mixing eggs, whipping foam
Optimum rotation speed: high
