The environment is complex. If the pinpointer emits an alarm signal
everywhere and vibrates and flashes constantly, you should rebalance
it. You should pay particular attention to the colour change of the LED
light and the vibration frequency to determine the exact position. When
the vibration frequency increases and the LED light changes to white,
the distance to the target object is at its shortest. To determine the exact
position even more precisely, you can search again after rebalancing.
4 The pinpointer will work properly in water at depths of fewer than 10
metres if you keep the water depth constant while diving. After each
battery change, please check that the O-ring rubber seal is well positioned
and that the battery cover is properly closed.
5 You can also use the pinpointer as a non-motion metal detector at home. It
obviously cannot determine what types of metal are present, only whether
any metal is present. You can use it to scan walls, the ceiling and plaster to
determine the position of screws, metal pipes, switch boxes or other metal
objects.
