SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Read through the instructions carefully before
using the appliance for the first time. Safeguard
them for future reference.
• Only connect it to the voltage stated on the
characteristics plate.
• This appliance has been designed for
domestic use only.
• Never use the foot spa for purposes other
than those described in this manual. Never use
accessories that have not been recommended
by the manufacturer.
• Never leave the appliance unattended while
it is operating. Be especially careful when it is
used near children or by handicapped persons.
• Switch the spa off and unplug it immediately
after use and before filling, emptying or
cleaning it.
• The On/Off switch must be in the "0" position
when plugging it in or unplugging it.
• Do not operate the appliance with it covered
over by a towel.
• Never unplug it by tugging on the mains
cable. Do not pull on the cable to move the
appliance.
• Keep the appliance away from heat sources.
• Make sure that the air inlets at the bottom of
the appliance never become partially or fully
covered while it is operating.
• Never use the foot spa outdoors
• Never use spray products while the appliance
is operating.
• The use of soaps, salts or oils in the water
could cause it to spill over and damage the
appliance.
• Do not plug/unplug the foot spa into the
mains while your feet are inside it.
• Do not stand up in the foot spa. Remain
seated while you use it.
• NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER
OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
• Do not switch the appliance on if either the
cable or plug are damaged, if it can be detected
that it is not operating correctly or if it has
suffered any type of damage.
• Cable repairs and replacements must be
carried out exclusively by an Authorised
Technical Service Centre.
PRECAUTIONS
• If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker fitted
or suffer from any illness, consult a doctor before
using the appliance.
• Do not use the foot spa if your feet are overly
swollen or if suffering from burns, ulcers or skin
rashes.
• Do not use the foot spa for longer than 20
minutes.
WATER TEMPERATURE
The foot spa can be used with or without water,
it is most effective when used with warm water.
With the appliance unplugged from the mains
supply and the On/Off switch in the <O>
position, fill the foot spa with warm water up
to the marked level (Fig. 3). Never pour water
over the function switch area.
This appliance can be used to keep the water
to temperature as well as to heat it up to a
comfortable temperature:

increased. The temperature settings are limited
to prevent the water from exceeding healthy
limits. As soon as the water reaches the
maximum limit, the temperature will be kept
constant.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Massage alleviates and refreshes tired feet and
improves the blood circulation. The various
accessories make Ufesa's hydromassage foot
spas authentic pedicure centres.
• Place the foot spa on the floor and plug it
into the mains supply. Remain seated while
placing your feet in and taking them out of the
foot spa.
• Select the desired setting (Fig. 4)
