Unscrew the brush rotation support;

Unscrew the drive screw on the brush;

Mount the drive screw and rotation support on the new

brush;
Insert the new brush, making sure the drive screw fits into

the housing on the drive pulley;
Tighten the screws fixing the brush to the chassis.

Replacing the centre brush
The rotational movement is transmitted from the electric motor to the
brush drive pulley by means of a belt. To replace in the event of
wear:
Perform the operating sequence until the brush comes

away from the drive pulley;
Completely unscrew the screw fastening the pulley to the

chassis;
Now remove the belt from the two pulleys;
•
The other pulley is fixed to the electric motor shaft:

The squeegee blades are rubber and dragging them across the floor
causes wear. They must be replaced regularly. To replace them,
proceed as follows:

To guarantee efficient maintenance, the Manufacturer recommends
that only the original spare parts listed in the annexed spare parts
booklet should be used. When ordering spare parts, specify the
model of the machine, registration number, reference number of the
component in the spare parts book and quantity. Storing

If the machine is not used for long periods:

The machine must be dismantled by a demolisher with specific
authorisation. Certain operations must always be performed after

decommissioning and before demolition.
Replacing the squeegee blades
Tilt the machine;

Unscrew the rubber blade fixing screw;
•
Remove the blade from its housing;
•
Insert the new blade.

Wash the squeegees

Make sure the squeegee suction pipe is not blocked and

free it from encrustations;

Have the electricity circuit checked by qualified personnel;

Wash the tanks and water detergent solution suction

Storing the machine
Remove the squeegee blades and keep in a bag;

Remove the brush;
•
Empty and clean both tanks thoroughly;
•
Store the machine in a dry place, protecting it from dust.
•
Protect exposed parts (not protected by paint, surface
•
treatment or plastic) with protective rust prevention oils.
For the model with battery, charge then disconnect.
•
After performing these operations, seal the machine inside
•
an opaque black multilayer nylon bag together with a
suitable drying agent (silica gel).
