5. Cross the PCB board, headlight board and the two motor wires through the middle cover
and replace the middle cover on the base. Make sure both the two felt washers are
covered completely by the middle cover. Replace the nozzle power cord back into the
cord channel.

8. Check that the two latches in the handle area are locked into position as shown. Make
sure there is no gap between the middle cover and base.
