CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To keep your garden shed in good condition, the following guidelines should be followed.
› Once the Lasur has been applied correctly in the assembly, repeat the procedure every 2 years
maximum. If the house has been subjected to adverse conditions, the period will be shorter.
› Review possible cracks and dampness that may be in the wood. In case any knot in the wood comes
off, apply paste to cover it.
› Every year, check your window and door hardware and grease it if necessary. Also check the doors in
case they may have become out of square with the passage of time
› To correctly install the pieces referenced 11 (the storm slats), follow the assembly instructions, which
will indicate where and how to screw them and what space to leave from the ground. They should be
evenly tightened, not tighter at one end than the other. Also, due to the nature of wood and its ability
to expand and shrink as a function of temperature and humidity, the clamping pressure must be
regulated. It should be loosened at the beginning of the warm season and tightened at the beginning
of the cold.
› Fixing the shelter to the ground can be done quickly and easily with two brackets on each side of the
shelter, at each corner. The ideal anchoring system will vary depending on the floor that houses the
house. It is very important to bear in mind that the stresses that the house must withstand, caused by
the wind, must be uniform in all parts of the house. If the fixation is more rigid on the ground than in
the rest of the points of the house, the efforts will be supported by the weakest point.
› Asphalt roof fabric is a wear product. Said wear will depend on the atmospheric conditions to which
the house is subjected. It should be inspected often and replaced as necessary.
› Clean the shed regularly, applying a low pressure water jet or a sponge and water with a mild soapy
solution.

The guarantee is valid from the date of purchase that appears on the receipt or invoice, which must
be presented to make use of the guarantee. The warranty period for this product is 3 years. Warranty
calculations have been made based on normal weather conditions.
THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES DAMAGE OR DEFECTS CAUSED BY
› Transport. If there is a non-conformity, it must be notified to the transport agency within 24 hours of
delivery.
› Inclement weather such as strong winds, hail, floods etc
› Shock or wear from use.
› The bad assembly, incorrect use and consequences derived from it.
› Commercial use or for a purpose other than personal or domestic.
› For non-compliance with the maintenance instructions.
› Modifications to the product not contemplated in this manual.
› Failure to present the invoice or sales ticket and failure to notify in due time and form.
