3. Welding process
A. Heating: apply a slight pressure both to the
tube and the accessory to let the adapters
go into the corresponding tube or accessory
(tube
to
female
male adapter) for the time stated in table.
B. Assembly:
Remove
accessory from their adapters and introduce
one into the other (NO TURNING) up to
the weld depth mark. This operation must
be done as fast and carefully as possible.
C. Setting and cooling: the time for this last stage
is shown in the table. Make sure no forces are
exerted onto the welding area during this time.
When the time is over, the welded tubes and
the accessories may be used following tube
manufacturer recommendations.
D. When you have finished, press the ON/OFF
key
so that the appliance goes into

standby. The appliance will start to cool down
immediately. Disconnect the appliance from
the mains when it is cold (<40ºC).
PRECAUTION
This product has not been tested for intensive use.
In case of continuous use for extended periods, let it
rest between uses
4. Checking the weld
The welding lip must be uniform all around.

PRECAUTION

Care and maintenance
If residues of material from previous welding
operations remain on the surface of the dies and
plate, carefully remove them.

Do not use metallic items or solvents to remove
residues, as these could damage the surface of the
adapter.

Check the condition of the adapters from time to
time, to ensure correct welding.
