e) Fix the main frame (10) to the lower fastener (5) and upper frame stabiliser
(7). To do this, place the main frame on the bottom fastener. Align the hole
axes. Attach by routing the fastening screw from the bottom of the fastener.
Use M12x105 bolts, M12 washers and M12 nuts. Align the axes of the holes of
the element connecting the main frame with the frame stabiliser. Fasten with
M12x75 screws, M12 washers and M12 nuts. Route the fastening screws from
the outside of the stabiliser.
f) Install the left training arm (12) to the mounting plates of the left side frame
(2). To do this, align the hole axes. Pass the rotating roller through the hole.
Secure the arm on both sides with bearing washers, M8 washers and M8x20
screws.
g) Mount the right training arm (11) in the same way.
