5. Assembly of the motor:
5.1 - If the product is acquired without the motor, take the following precautions:
• Select electric motor (4 poles) noting its power, type, voltage and frequency, as indicated in the Tables of
Technical Features of this manual.
• Mount the pulley with a hole already factory milled for NEMA frame standard motor.
• Remove the cover from the protector of belt.
• Position the motor on base 18 and align the motor pulley with the moved pulley (FSB 16), with the help of a
ruler and note the deflection of the belt(s) and alignment, as indicated in Figures 8.3 and 8.4 (the belt yield (x)
from 9 to13mmupon manual force in its middle point).
•
5.2 - For motorized factory products, inspect the alignment of the pulley(s) and the voltage of the belt(s),
before the first activation.
