Shut-Down
Make sure all waste water has been collected by the MFS.
Let the MFS run until the pump out shuts itself off then turn off the rocker switch.
Turn on pump out pump manually until it stops pumping water through the micron filter.
Connect a hose to the sediment tank and open the ball valve. Make sure that your waste
water is disposed of as required by local codes.

Machine Maintenance
Freezing conditions.
Remove all the drain plugs on the 2canister filters.
Open the ball valve on the sediment tank.
Changing Filters
Remove the drain plug at the bottom of the filter. Then unscrew the canister from the
housing.
Carefully remove and replace the filter checking the O-ring seals making sure they are not
damaged.
Make sure the right filter is in the correct canister.
Filter Tank Assembly
Check daily for debris. Remove and clean the upper tank.
Check filter conditions and replace if necessary.
Vacuum Head
The vacuum head attached to the hose and to the separation tank sucks up the water and
debris filtering out everything larger than 3/16". Make sure hose connections are tight and
hose in good repair to prevent any air leaks causing loss of suction and developing poor
performance.
