Troubleshooting

Problem
No image is displayed on the monitor
screen
The error message "No Signal" is displayed
The displayed image is not centered, or is
too small or too large for the PC
There is vertical or horizontal noise in the
picture
The colors onscreen are incorrect
The error message "Out of Range" is
displayed
Solution
- Check that the monitor's power cord is securely
connected.
- Check that the monitor is turned on and that the power
LED is lit.
- Check that the signal cable is securely connected to
the video card/monitor
- The video card should be completely sealed in its slot
and the computer turned On.
- Press the Mode button on the front panel to select the
desired input signal.
- Press the Auto button on the front panel automatically
adjust the VGA value.
- Adjust the Clock and Phase options in the PC's OSD
menu.
– Press the Down button on the front panel to activate
the AUTO function (for VGA inputs only).
– Adjust the Clock and Phase options in the PC's OSD
menu.
– To change the color setting: Press the Menu button on
the front panel to display the OSD menu options. Then
press the Down/Brightness button to scroll down to
Color Temp. Press the Minus button to select 9300°K,
6500°K, or User Color. Press the menu button to accept
the selection.
– To reset the default settings: Press the Menu button on
the front panel to display the OSD menu options. Then
press the Down/Brightness button to scroll down to
Recall. Press the Menu button reset to the default
settings.
– The display properties of the PC are incorrectly set for
the monitor.
To change the PC's display settings, right click the mouse
on the PC onscreen desktop and select Properties. In the
Display Properties screen, select the tab Settings. Adjust
the value of the Screen Resolution scale and press OK.
