- Only 100% natural essential oil can be used in this product. Those containing chemi-
cal fragrance, spice or impurities can cause malfunctions. Use 2-3 drops per 100 ml
of water each time. Too much oil will clog the device and cause malfunction. Please
clean the unit before using a new type of essential oil.
ACCIDENTAL LEAKAGE
If the device is knocked over or tipped during use, please follow the steps below to avoid
malfunction.
- Unplug the unit and remove the cover.
- Pour out any remaining water from the water tank.
- Shake the unit gently to drain any water inside the mechanism, and then allow
drying for at least 24 hours.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Please refer to this section in the event that the appliance operates abnormally.
1. The device will not switch on or switch off.
a. Is there enough water in the tank? Please be sure that there is water inside the tank
and that the Max. line is not exceeded.
b. Is the power cord connected properly? Please disconnect, check cables and re-connect
carefully.
