2. No mist or abnormal mist.
a. Not enough water? Or too much water? Please add a suitable amount of water to the
tank, do NOT exceed the Max. water line.
b. Is there dirt on the ultrasonic plate? Please refer to maintenance instructions and
remove and reinstall parts correctly.
c. Is there dirt on the air suction port on the underside of the base? Too much dust in
the air suction port may block the air flow into the diffuser's fan . Please clean the air
intake port before using.
3. Water leakage.
a. The upper lid and the inner cover are not installed properly? Remove and reinstall
correctly so that mist can be freely ejected from the diffuser.
b. Is there low temperature or high humidity? Under these conditions, the mist may
condense quickly into water droplets.
3. MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
After 5-6 times, or 2-3 day's use, please clean the diffuser as follows:
- Unplug the unit from the main power supply and remove the cover.
- Pour out any remaining water from the drain side of the tank
- Unplug the power cord from the base of the unit.
- Put a tablespoon of citric acid in the water tank, add just under 1OO ml of warm
water (up to 70ºC)
- Leave for 5 minutes, and then drain the solution from the tank and rinse.
- Wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid the ultrasonic vibration plate area, which can be gently
cleaned with a cotton ball.
Never use other acids, enzymes or detergents to clean the unit as this may risk poiso-
nous gas being created or causing malfunction.
The cover has an inner cover that can also be removed for cleaning.
1. Pull the grip as indicated in the diagram to release.
2. After cleaning the inner cover, replace it by holding the grip, and pressing down the
inner and outer cover until a "click" is heard.
