OPERATION WAYS
Attention: clean with the detergent and dry the pressure cooker for the first time.
1. Check the vent pipe and the overpressure plug. If you find the vent pipe clogged,
dredge it with a 2 mm diameter's needle (Picture8).
2. Add food and water to the pressure cooker (remember not to fill more than indicated
on pictures 4 and 5), and put the lid with the silicon gasket on the pot mouth. When the
triangle mark of the lid points to the triangle mark of the pot handle, hold the pot handle
with your left hand and revolve the lid handle flatly with
your right hand in clockwise direction until the lid han-
dle is directly above the pot handle (Picture 9).
3. Users can choose the cooker's working pressure op-
tionally according to the food needs (see the cooking
time table). After closing the lid correctly, you should
push the regulator to the relative place.
4. Put the pressure cooker on the heating source. When
there are some steams expelled from pressure-control
valve, turn down the heat energy and keep a little steam
releasing. It not only saves energy, but also preserves
food's flavors and nutrients. You should know the fact
that the strong heating at the moment will not do any
help for reducing cooking time except for wasting energy
and running down the nutrients.
5. When cooking is finished, take the cooker away from
the heating source. If you are not anxious to open the
lid, let the pressure cooker cool naturally. On the other
hand, you can push forward the regulator to accelerate
the steam releasing, or put the bottom of the cooker in
cool water to accelerate the cooling progress (Picture
10).
6. When the red part of the lid lock drops down and you
make sure that there is no steam releasing, push for-
ward the regulator to the quick-release level and then
revolve the lid handle in anticlockwise direction to open
the lid.
