1. SAFETY WARNINGS

1. Use the handles and the regulator. Do not touch the hot metal surface straightly with
your hands.
2. Children or persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowl-
edge should not use the pressure cooker. Keep children
away from the pressure cooker when it is in use.
3. The pressure cooker is suitable for steaming and
braising, but unsuitable for frying or sauteing. Do not
use the pressure cooker for a purpose other than the
one for which it is intended.
4. The bottom pressure cooker is suitable for heating.
The stove should not be bigger than the bottom's diam-
eter (Picture2). You should not put the pressure cooker
into the oven. (Picture3)
5. You must be very careful when moving the pressure
cooker, especially under pressure. Hold the cooker flatly
and put it down gently. Do not collide or throw.
6. You have to clean the cooker in time, especially keep-
ing the pressure-control valve and the overpressure
plug clean and without clog. Check their conditions be-
fore using.
7. Do not let the decompression window and the pres-
sure-control valve point to any person direction.
8. Keep an eye on the pressure cooker when it is in use.
Notice its working condition at any moment and do not
let the inside of the cooker become dry.
9. Do not heat it for cooking if the lid is not closed com-
pletely. Never try to force the pressure cooker to open if
the lid lock does not drop down.
10. Do not fill more than 2/3 of the body's volume (Pic-
ture 4 ). When cooking food that expands its volume, do
not fill more than 1/2 (Picture 5).
