If a setting is not possible in the game, you can change the
assignment of the shift levers.

Above the keys in the centre of the steering wheel are three
status LEDs.

3.1.2 The Wheel Unit

The steering wheel is tied on the console. The attachments for the
table fastener or leg fasteners are on the bottom side.

3.1.3 The Pedals

The left pedal is the brake and the right pedal acts as the
accelerator. If the analog mode is supported by the game, the
pedals are pressure sensitive.

3.2 Operating Modes

The SPEEDSTER
®
PURE is provided with 2 different operating mo-
des that are displayed by the LEDs on the steering wheel. The mo-
des can be changed with the MODE switch. The analogue mode
will be automatically selected with up-to-date games.

3.2.1 Digital Vibration-mode

The digital mode was developed to ensure full compatibility with
older (PS one
®
and PlayStation
With racing games that support a vibration function, this function
will be in evidence in the appropriate situations, such as during a
collision with another vehicle or a wall.

3.2.2 Analog Vibration-mode

The SPEEDSTER
®
PURE analog mode enables the precise
amount of movement required. This mode emulates the analog
function of the Analog Controller (DUALSHOCK
Controller (DUALSHOCK
®
2). Here, too, the vibration effect can be
felt with the corresponding software (see above).
