IMPORTANT: At the factory, the counterweight of the balancer is set approximately
in the middle range of the scale. A ratchet wrench is recommended for convenient
counterweight adjustment.
CAUTION: Prolonged operation of the device at an angle to the vertical will shorten
its service life.
Avoiding an inclination greater than about 20 o is recommended.
