Turn the disconnected machine onto the motor
unit. The saw blade points upward.

Insert the Allen key (B) into the flange screw
(13) and turn it counterclockwise until the saw
shaft locks into place.
The saw blade is retained in position and

the flange screw can be released.
8.
Using the Allen key (B), turn the flange screw
(13) counterclockwise to loosen it.
9.
Remove the flange screw (13) and the front
clamping flange (14).
10. Remove the old saw blade.
Clamping flanges must be free of adhering

parts!

The new saw blade can now be installed.
11. Position the new saw blade (15) on the rear
flange (17).
Ensure that the direction of rotation is
➢
correct when you install the saw blade.
The saw teeth or the arrow on the saw
blade (15) must point in the direction of the
arrow (16) on the machine.
12. Fit clamping flange (14) and flange screw (13).
13. Using the Allen key (B), turn the flange screw
(13) clockwise to tighten it.

The saw blade is secured.
