WIRE TILT CART

Rubber Mallet

1-Piece Post x 2
NOTE: Before beginning assembly, decide if this
cart needs to be used in an ESD environment. If
so, use aluminum shelf supports and grounding
chain (H-4276) instead of plastic shelf supports.
1. Connect 2-piece posts together by screwing post
with connector into other post. (See Figure 1)

2. Make sure post is positioned as shown. (See Figure 2)
Engage the caster brakes to keep casters from rolling
during assembly. Use a rubber mallet to tap caster
stems through the donut bumpers and into posts.

3. Snap the interlocking
pieces of a shelf support
(wide end down) around
the post at the lowest
groove where shelf is to
be located. Slide the
support up or down until
it snaps into the groove.
Add a shelf support to the same place on the
remaining posts. (See Figure 3)
NOTE: NSF requires food service applications to
keep the lowest shelf at least 6" above the floor.
4. Make sure longer posts are in back and shorter posts
are in front. Slide posts through underside of flat shelf
until shelf slides firmly over supports. (See Figure 4)

5. Snap shelf supports around the top of each post.
Slide slanted shelf firmly over shelf supports.
