· Thoroughly check the absence of gas leaks in the connection using soapy water (one part of
detergent diluted in three parts of water). If there is a leak, bubbles will form in the soapy
solution. In this case, tighten the connection a little more or request the assistance of a
specialist technician.
· Place the cylinder in its compartment making sure not to bend or strangle the hose. Also,
avoid that the hose comes into contact with any hot part of the appliance.
· Align the bottle holder lid with the main housing of the appliance (see illustration).
· Before replacing the cylinder, make sure that your stopcock is closed and that there are no
live flames (oven on, etc.) or sources of heat in the vicinity.
· The gas hose used in this appliance must be replaced every two years.
· Check the gas hose of the appliance at least once a month and whenever you replace the
cylinder. If signs of cracking, breaking or any other type of deterioration are observed, it will be
necessary to replace it with a new one.
· Do not tamper with or abuse the connections or any other component of the appliance.
· Do not place the bottle face down in an attempt to fully exploit its contents, as any liquid
residue present in the cylinder could penetrate the stove and cause irreparable damage.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
WARNING! ALWAYS ACCESS THE CONTROLS AND THE PUSH-KEY OF THE BOMBON OF
THE SIDE OR BACK OF THE STOVE. AFTER HAVING TURNED OFF, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
RETURN THE COOKTOP UNTIL 5 MINUTES HAVE PASSED.
HOW TO LIGHT THE HEATER
· Open the gas shut-off valve in the cylinder.
· The control knob should be placed in front of the power symbol " ·" . Press and hold the
control knob fully (this will allow the gas to flow from the pilot flame device to the burner). While
holding the control knob fully depressed, repeatedly press the piezoelectric ignition button to
light the pilot flame.
If the pilot flame and one of the burners do not light up, release the control knob and the power
button, wait 30 seconds and repeat the process again.
Once the pilot flame is on, continue holding the control knob for another 20 seconds and then
release it; the pilot flame should remain on. With the pilot light on, turn the control knob to the
position corresponding to the desired heating level.
