the PRESET key, this digital will change from 0 to 9, once you get the digital you want,Long
press the PRESET key to select the next digital you want to preset, When you finish setting
all the digital, long press the PRESET key, the "P" will flash, short press the PRESET key,
The LCD will display the preset data and the "P", now the indicator is ready to use.You can
change the measuring mode between preset measuring mode and absolute measuring mode
by short press this key.
18.TOL button:Tolerance function,Set first tolerance. Long press the TOL key for three seconds
, The "TOL" on the LCD will flash, Long press the TOL key, the flashing digital will move from
one to the next one, when the digital you want to set flashing, short press the TOL key, this
digital will change from 0 to 9, once you get the digital you want,Long press the TOL key to
select the next digital you want to set, When you finish setting all the digital, long press the
TOL key, the "TOL" will flash, short press the TOL key, You can set the second tolerance
as above. When you finished setting the second tolerance , long press the TOL key, the
"TOL" will flash, short press the TOL key,Now the indicator is ready to use.The system will
remember the up or lower tolerance, Short press TOL key will enter the tolerance measuring
mode, when the measuring value is between up and lower tolerance, the LCD will display " O
", when the measuring value is bigger than up tolerance, the LCD will display " < ",when the
measuring value is smaller than lower tolerance, the LCD will display " > ",Short press TOL
key will exit the tolerance measuring mode.
Before use, please make sure that the battery is installed
1.Short-press button to turn on and inspect the indicator display screen and all button
functions are normal or not.
2.lf mounting this indicator on a fixture or a stand , use the stem or lug to clamp the indicator. To
clamp it using the stem, use the slotted holder having a 8mm(8mm DIA) or 9.52mm (3/8"DIA)
hole with a tolerance of +0.005mm to +0.02mm,Do not use brake screw and other methods
to fix the clamping rod directly, For example: To fix clamping rod with a fastening tool of
more than 300N.cm, may cause that the measuring rod will not be able to move. After the
installation is completed and fulfill measurement standards, when to measure manually, the
lifting handle can be installed on the measuring rod of the indicator to assist finger to move,
according to actual needs. After installation, press the zero/ABS key or ORIGIN key to set
zero, it can be used when the screen displays "0", pull up the lifting handle or dust cap to
raise the measuring head, place the object to be measured under the measuring head, put
down the finger, after the probe touches the object to be measured, the corresponding value
will be displayed in the screen.
Mounting the lifting lever set (optional):Demount the cap, unscrew the screw on the top of
the spindle, Loosen the lever mount screw, and mount the lever while hanging it on the stop
screw.
Mounting the release(optional):Unscrew the screw from the release hole, then screw the end
of the release.
Replacement of measuring head: Place the front of the surface, fix the rod, rag with clamps,
and take out the probe counterclockwise. Please use appropriate strength to avoid damage to
the product.
Applicable to the height measurement: install on the measurement table, use after the cali-
bration and reset.
Applicable to the depth measurement: install the depth foundation, use after the calibration
and reset.
Applicable to the flatness measurement: install on the magnetic force gauge stand, use after
the calibration and reset.

2. USE STEPS
