In the data statistics page, data will be analyzed according to the upper and lower limits set
by the user, good products quantity, defective products quantity, pass rate, average value, maxi-
mum value, minimum value, standard deviation, total tolerance range and other parameters,
will be calculated and relevant charts will be generated automatically. The good product area is
present in blue column chart, and the defective product area is present in red column chart.
3. App parameter setting
Click
,the data statistics page to set the lower and upper limits according to acceptance
standard of measured object.
In grouping text, the number of groups of good products can be set, and the good products
can be subdivided into several intervals according to errors' range of measured results, and it'
default to divide into 4 groups.
In the serial text, serial number's format of tested product could be set.
The rolling code is based on the step length of the set serial number, which is 1 by default. If
the set number is 2019000, it will be increased step by step such as, 2019001-2019002. If the
rolling code is set as 2, it is increased such as 2019001-2019003, and so on.
A certain number could be preset accordingly to needs, it's 0 by default. If it is set as 10, the
reading value sent by measuring tool will be added with 10.
In the unit setting, there are metric system (mm), English system (inch) and angle (DEG).
Please note that the units are only for remark purpose, and the data sent from measuring tools
could not be converted among different metrics.
4. Data Collection mode: there are two modes of Measuring tool with bluetooth: manual
transmission mode (default device name is digital tools M) and automatic uninterrupted
transmission mode (default device name is digital tools A). The data collection interface of
two modes is slightly different. The two transmission modes have been set at the factory,
users cannot change them by themselves. Please purchase according to your needs.Data
collection of manual mode Bluetooth measuring tool: when recording the measurement data
of the Bluetooth measuring tool in manual mode, the data will be sent once by short press the
data key of the Bluetooth measuring tool, and the data will be recorded in the spreadsheet
on the APP data statistics page automatically. If the sound function is enabled, the recorded
measurement data will also be broadcasted by sound. The data recorded in the spreadsheet
will be recorded, status will be judged automatically as a sign shown on right side. It shows
green circle if it's passed, shows red "↑" if it exceeds the upper limit, and shows red "↓" if it
exceeds lower limit of tolerance.
