TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Hot air comes from the air outlet
The unit does not work.
The device does not
dehumidify.
The air does not flow out.
Cause
-----------
Is the unit plugged in?
Check the ambient
temperature.
Does the "tank full" indicator
(water tank is full or misplaced)
light up?
The unit is in defrost mode.
Is the air inlet or outlet blocked?
Is the ambient temperature or
relative humidity too low?
Is the air filter dirty?
Is the air inlet or outlet blocked?
Solution
The dehumidifier has no cooling
function; the air comes out of
the condenser. This is not a
defect.
Plug in the unit.
The temperature should be
between 5 - 35°C.
Empty the water tank and set it
to the correct position again.
This is a normal process and
helps to protect internal parts.
Once the process is complete,
the unit returns to normal
operation.
Check the air inlet and outlet
and remove any obstructions.
Please check the settings on
the unit. If the set humidity is
below the ambient humidity and
/ or 20%, the unit stops
dehumidifying.
Clean the air filter as described
in the manual.
Check the air inlet and outlet
and remove any obstructing
objects if necessary.
