LUBRICATION
The equipment is lubricated at manufacture. However, for its correct functioning, it is
recommended that, before the first use, lubrication is carried out with the silicone
contained in the 20 ml bottle that comes with the treadmill.Every 15 days of use, with
the treadmill turned off and locked with the tilted chassis, at the bottom of the chassis,
pull the edges of the tarpaulin. It will be possible to see or feel with your hands the
presence of the lubricant reaching a distance of 3 to 5 cm from the edge of the canvas,
on both sides. If the surface is dry, lubricate. Otherwise, follow the instructions below,
referring to the rules of use:
• Use 7 hours or more per week, lubricate every 30 days
•Use less than 7 hours a week, lubricate every 60 days
MODE OF APPLICATION OF LUBRIFICANTE ON TREADMILL
To carry out the lubrication, use MOVELUB lubricant. If you carry out the first lubrication
before using it, use the lubricant that comes with the truck. To carry out the following
lubrications, you will need to purchase the MOVELUB lubricant, which you can find with
our distributors or with the nearest technical assistance. See the location on our
website.
1) Before performing the procedure, make sure there are no
third parties near the equipment, especially children;
2) Position the Belt in storage mode (declined locking), as
shown on the side;
3) Turn on the equipment and adjust the speed to 4 km/h;
4) Being very careful not to touch the equipment in
operation, at the bottom of the belt, apply 20 ml of
lubricant in the central region of the inner side of the
tarpaulin, near the front roller, as shown on the right;
5) Leave the treadmill operating for 10 minutes, so that the
lubricant spreads more efficiently;
6) After this time, it will be possible to observe a darker
colored band in the inner region of the canvas, where the
lubricant has spread and there will also be two lateral bands
of lighter color. Measure the width of this lighter side strip, if
it is longer than 5 cm, go back to step 3. Repeat the
procedure until the width of this strip is between 3 and 5
cm.
