This quality warranty is only effective for retailers and its validity will be terminated upon the transfer
of ownership. The freights shall be borne by the Buyer, including the expenses for replacement of
fittings & accessories.
This quality warranty is inappropriate for the change, misuse or abuse of the sauna cabin. Those
misuses include nonconformity with the operation & maintenance specified in the operation
instruction.
This quality warranty is only valid with regard to the defects of the manufacturer's products, exclusive
of any guarantee against loss arising from the user's wrong operation.
Vente-unique shall be not responsible for the loss caused by use of the sauna cabin as well as a series
of incidental losses. Furthermore, Vente-unique or related personnel shall assume no liability for any
personal injury or property damage.
