CRAB DIP
INGREDIENTS:

1 package cream cheese, softened
•
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion
•
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
•
1/4 cup mayonnaise
•
2 garlic cloves, minced
•
2 teaspoons sugar
•
1 can crabmeat, drained,
flaked and cartilage removed
PREPARATION:
•
Combine the first six ingredients; stir in the crab. Cover and cook on low
for 2-3 hours or until heated through out.
