Remember to leave 70 mm between the back of the display and the surface behind it.
Do not stack anything in front of the condenser grill. Airflow is important in order to perform
properly.
Keep the condenser (grill) clean and free of obstruction.
ATTENTION: Do not clean the open front cooler with high-pressure cleaners or steam jets.
ATTENTION: Do not warm up the open front cooler to more than 70ºC (158ºF) and do not
subject it to excess heat (radiant heaters, etc.).
ATTENTION: The condenser must be given a thorough cleaning with a brush / vacuum cleaner
at least every three months.
ATTENTION: When cleaning the condenser, wear safety gloves (danger of injury).
ATTENTION: When cleaning the condenser, make sure that the fins are not damaged (=bent).

Remove or relocate all products.

Clean the inside and outside of the display with water and a nonaggressive detergent.

REPAIRS
If any reparation has to be done in the open front cooler, this has to be realized outside the
premises, except electric elements.
Only accredited and specialized technicians must repair the open front cooler, and following all
manufacturer´s recommendations.
