5. Before using the machine

5.1 General information
•
Warning! Before you use the machine for the
first time, tension the blade (15) (see 5.5).
•
The machine must be set up where it can
stand securely.
•
All covers and safety devices must be proper-
ly fitted before the machine is switched on.
•
It must be possible for the blade to run freely.
•
When working with wood that has been previ-
ously processed, watch out for foreign bodies
such as nails or screws, etc.
•
Before you actuate the On/Off switch, make
sure that the blade is correctly fitted and that
