Reattach the front and the top cover, and reconnect mains.
Lower the wash basin to its lowest position, and then run it to the top position
again to distribute the lubricant.
Also slide the wash basin lifter to its extreme left and right positions.

Check if the cable for the locking
mechanism is too loose. If so,
tighten it using the adjustment
