Electrical safety instructions
The power tool is double insulated, which means
that all external metal parts are insulated from
the electrical components. Therefore, in accordance
with EN 60745 standard, no grounding is required.
However, double insulation does not replace the
normal safety precautions that should be observed
when operating the impact wrench.
Do not expose the power tool to rain, or use it in wet or
damp conditions. The presence of water in a power tool
increases the risk of damage and electric shock to the
user.
Only hold the power tool by its insulated surfaces,
which prevent electric shock if the power tool comes
into contact with hidden wires or power cord during
operation.
Do not use power tools in explosive atmospheres,
such as in the presence of flammable liquids,
gases or dust. Power tools create sparks that can ignite
liquids, gases, or dust.
Before you start operating
Individuals who have not read the instruction manual
and are not familiarized with how to operate the impact
wrench must not use it.
To ensure that you work with the power tool safely, you
should take into account a few precautions and
procedures before start-up:
▪ Inspect the power tool before each use. Check that
all attachable accessories are assembled correctly
and in good condition. If there is damage or excessive
wear, replace them;
▪ Under normal operation, the power tool vibrates.
Check that all screws are properly tightened. Regular
inspection is important to ensure safety issues and
the performance of the power tool;
▪ After the accessories' assembly and before using the
power tool, test it at full speed with no load for a
while. Check for moving parts misalignment or any
other condition that may affect the impact wrench
operation. Check that all moving parts run smoothly,
without abnormal noises;
▪ Check that the safety devices are in perfect condition
and function properly. Never use the power tool if
the safety devices are missing, inhibited, damaged or
worn out;
▪ If the ON/OFF switch is damaged or does not allow
the operation of the tool to be controlled, it must be
repaired or replaced in order to prevent any
accidental start;
Make all adjustments and work necessary for the
correct assembly of the impact wrench. If you have any
questions
or
difficulties,

While operating
Keep third parties away from the power tool's area
of operation. Never work while animals or people,
especially children, are in the danger zone.
Keep the work area clean, organized and well lit (250 to
300 lux), thus decreasing the risk of accidents.
Always wear personal protective equipment and
clothing. Wearing a visor or goggles, dust mask, hearing
protection, anti-slip safety shoes, long-sleeved clothing,
gloves and helmet properly reduces the risk of injury.
Clothing worn during the appliance operation must be
adequate, tight and closed, for example, a work boiler
suit. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep hair,
clothing and gloves away from moving parts.
Operating the power tool causes a massive load of
vibrations may damage nervous and circulatory
systems, especially to whom have circulatory disorders.
Inform your doctor if any symptoms arise caused by the
vibrations. Among these symptoms, that occur specially
on fingers, hand and wrists, are also included loss of
sensation, pain, muscle weakness, skin discoloration or
tingling sensation.
