OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
When operating the impact wrench, you must consider
some use procedures:
▪ Hold the appliance with both hands. Loss of control
can result in serious injury.
▪ When working on small or loose workpieces, use
clamping devices to fix parts securely and stably;
▪ Do not apply excessive pressure on the impact
wrench against the workpiece/object. If the speed
drops abruptly, reduce the pressure applied to the
impact wrench immediately;
▪ When the bit or drive socket gets jammed, switch off
the power tool immediately. Avoid the high reaction
torques that cause kickback;
▪ Never put the impact down before the rotating
attachment has completely stopped.
▪ Wear ear plugs while operating the impact wrench.
Exposure to noise can cause hearing loss;
▪ Switch off the impact wrench immediately if any of
the following problems occur:
- Grease leakage through the ventilation slots;
- Damage to the cordless impact wrench;
- Damage to the "ON/OFF" switch;
- If you sense smoke or burning smell;
Setting the spindle direction of rotation
Do not change the direction of rotation while the impact
wrench is running, it can cause serious damage to the
appliance. Always check the direction of rotation before
starting to use the impact wrench.
1. Use the forward/reverse button (1) to select the
spindle direction of rotation:
▪ With the forward/reverse button set to the left, the
spindle rotates clockwise;
▪ With the forward/reverse button set to the right, the
spindle rotates counterclockwise;
Start and stop
1. Select the desired direction of rotation;
2. Press the "ON/OFF" switch (7);
3. To increase and decrease the rotation speed, press
the "ON/OFF" switch fully or smoothly respectively.
The maximum speed is reached with the switch
pressed down completely;
4. To switch off the impact wrench, release the
"ON/OFF" switch;
Setting/adjusting speed
Press the variable speed button (6), to select the
appropriate speed for the work to be performed. A
green LED indicator lights up when the button is
pressed, indicating the speed.
Tightening
▪ LED1: Speed: 0 – 1800 rpm, impact frequency: 0 –
2520 ipm and couple: 220 Nm.
▪ LED2: Speed: 0 – 2100 rpm, impact frequency: 0 –
2940 ipm and couple: 250 Nm.
▪ LED3: Speed: 0 – 2700 rpm, impact frequency: 0 –
3780 ipm and couple: 300 Nm.
Loosen
There are 2 speeds for loosening:
▪ With the LED on, initially the spindle rotation speed
is greater and then it slows down;
▪ With the LED off, it always has the same rotation
speed;
