STEP 5:
Attach the 2 Handlebars (No. 5L/R) to the 2
Swing Tubes (No. 3L/R) with 4 Square Bolts
(No. 58), 4 Arc Washers (No. 59) and 4 Ball
Cap Nuts (No. 11) using Spanner (No. 103).
Connect the 2 Pulse Wires (No. 60) with 2
Extension Wires 1 (No. 49).
Lift up the Computer Tube (No. 13). Position
the Sleeve (No. 71) in between the holes of
Fixed Bracket (No. 63). Thread Hex Screw
(No. 64) from the side of the Fixed Bracket
(No. 63), through Sleeve (No. 71), to the other
side of the Fixed Bracket (No. 63) and tighten
with Allen Wrench (No. 105). See Fig. A.
Connect the 2 Extension Wires 2 (No. 65) to
Meter Wire B (No. 31b) and Meter Wire C
(No. 31c), Sensor Wire 2 (No. 66) to Meter
Wire A (No. 31a). Remove 4 Cross Pan Head
Screws (No. 38) from the back of the Meter
(No. 31) using Spanner (No. 103).
Attach the Meter (No. 31) to the Computer
Tube (No. 13) with 4 Cross Pan Head Screws
(No. 38) using Spanner (No. 103).
Assembly is now complete!
