• Do not wash the Mukka Express
• Do not use abrasive detergents or products when cleaning.
• When the product is in use, keep it out of the reach of children.
• Never use other extracts: cocoa powders, camomile tea, and other soluble infusions.
• At the end of the preparation process, do not touch the hot product, but lift it by
the handle.
• The product is not suitable to be used on induction plates.
• Choose only original spare parts (funnel fi lter, gasket seal/plate, handle/knob,
pressure valve).
• Observe the levels indicated for liquids and coff ee.
• Leave the product to cool completely before dismantling the pressure valve.
• After repeated use, the fi lter plate could become blocked. Therefore clean it with
a brush removing it from its position.
• A hotter cappuccino can be obtained by leaving the Mukka Express
source for a few seconds after the cream has formed.
• While the product is in use, the safety valve must never be pointing towards the
user.
This Standard Guarantee does not prejudice the purchaser's rights established
with Legislative Decree 2nd February 2002, no. 24 "implementation of Directive
1999/44/EC on certain aspects of the sale and guarantees of consumer goods".
With the Standard Guarantee, Bialetti guarantees the Purchaser who deals directly
with an Authorised Retailer or who contacts free phone number 800014407 (only
for Italy) prompt reinstatement of the technical conformity of the product to a safe,
exemplary condition.
CONDITIONS OF THE STANDARD GUARANTEE:
1. Duration: a total of 24 months from the purchase date.
2. In the event of a request for assistance, the guarantee is only valid if proof of pur-
chase is exhibited together with a document, valid for fi scal purposes, containing
the identifi cation details of the retailer, the product and the date on which it was
purchased.
3. The repair does not interrupt or modify the duration of the guarantee that shall
expire on its legal expiry date.
EXCLUSION CLAUSES:
Under no circumstances does the guarantee cover faults deriving from:
a. negligence, inexperience, carelessness and negligence in using the machine
(failure to observe the usage instructions scrupulously);
b. modifi cations, adaptations or maintenance not prescribed by the usage instruc-
tions or carried out by unauthorised personnel;
c. tampering with or actions to increase the power or effi ciency of the product;
d. improper or unreasonable use of the machine;
e. damages due to impacts, falls, transport damages, lime deposits;
f. aesthetic faults caused by operations to clean the product that do not comply
with that explicitly indicated in the instruction book;
g. replacement of parts subject to normal wear and tear and/or removable unless
it can be shown that the fault was caused during manufacture;
Bialetti declines all responsibility for any damages caused directly or indirectly to
people, things or pets as a result of failure to observe all the prescriptions indicated
in the special lnstruction Book.
