- The appliance must be placed on a level, stable
surface prior the use.
- The appliance should be protected from direct
draughts and shall be positioned or protected
against direct penetration by any trickling water (e.g.
rain).
- Wind can cause flames to escape from the rear of
your pizza oven. As always, use caution when your
pizza oven is lit and do not leave it unattended.
- Only use 100% oakwood pellets that are means for
cooking and grilling.
- Do not use pellets meant for animal bedding or
heating. These can contain additives and potentially
harmful chemicals.
- This appliance shall be heated up and the fuel
kept red for at least 30 minutes before the first
cooking.
- WARNING! This appliance will become very
hot, do not move it during operation
- Do not use indoors!
- WARNING! Do not use spirit or petrol for
lighting or re-lighting! Use only firelighters
complying to EN 1860-3!
