OPERATION

12.1 Works prior to first use

12.1.1 Check the screws

Check before initial operation, all screws are tightened and tighten them if necessary after.

12.1.2 Check the guard

Check that the safety cover is in perfect condition.
Beware of accidental starting of the machine! Disconnect, therefore, prior to any
modification work the machine from the power supply!

12.2 Operating

12.2.1 Setting the miter angle

 To do this, use an Allen wrench
 Unscrew the two screws on the cheek and turn it to the desired
angle. You can read on the scale.
 Tighten the screws again.

12.2.2 Clamping the workpiece

 Place the workpiece before the jaw.
 Place the fixing lever to the position as in the picture on the right.
 This allows you to move the jaw by pushing against the workpiece.
 Now put the fixing lever as shown in the picture on the right in the
position.
 Turn the crank.
 Thereby the workpiece between the jaws is clamped.

12.2.3 Sawing

 Press lock button and ON-OFF switch. The circular saw blade starts.
 Wait until the circular saw blade to full speed is.
 Press the blade down to the material and cut at a uniform rate.
 Pull the blade upwards and release the ON-OFF switch.
