Shrimp skewers
Ingredients for 4 skewers
• 4 wooden skewers
• 16–20 prawns, fresh or defrosted
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• Salt, pepper
Preparation
1) Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix well in a bowl together with
the olive oil.
2) Peel, de-vein and wash the prawns if necessary, then pat them dry
with kitchen paper.
3) Place the prawns in the garlic-oil marinade, mix thoroughly and
leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
4) Place 4–5 prawns on each skewer. Place the skewers in the frying
basket and cook for 10–13 minutes using the "Shrimps" programme.
5) Turn after about half of the cooking time.
