SOLUTION
Make sure that the power chord (12) is correctly
connected to the socket.
The milk frother is not switched on. Press the on/
off switch (9) to switch on the milk frother.
The milk frother is overheated and the overheat
protection is preventing it from switching on.
If this is the case, the operating mode symbols
(8, 10, 13, 14) light up continuously. Wait until
the milk frother has cooled down. Fill the milk
frother with milk at least up to the MIN mark to
avoid this error. Now remove the jug (7) briefly
from the base (11).
The whisk drive shaft is possibly stuck
milk residues. Pull out the power chord (12) and
fill some lukewarm water into the jug (7).
jug (7). Let the water soak in for a while and
then try to turn the whisk drive axle several
times by hand. Then pour out the water.
The milk frother should now work again.
Check whether the whisk (4 or 5) is inserted cor-
rectly. Push the whisk onto the whisk drive shaft
as far as it will go.
The foam quality depends on the milk used and
can vary greatly.
Use cow's milk with a fat content of 3.5% to
obtain a firm foam.
Alternative types of milk may behave differently
when foaming. The frothability depends on the
protein and fat content. The higher both con-
tents, the better the milk foam.
Use a different milk to obtain a better milk
foam.
