CAUTION! This appliance will emit

Intended use
• This appliance is intended to be used for commercial applica-
tions, for example in kitchens of restaurants, canteens, hos-
pital and in commercial enterprises such as bakeries, butch-
eries, etc., but not for continuous mass production of food.
• The appliance is designed for cooking a variety of food via
heating the suitable cookware. Any other use may lead to
damage to the appliance or personal injury.
• Operating the appliance for any other purpose shall be
deemed a misuse of the device. The user shall be solely liable
for improper use of the device.
Grounding installation
This appliance is classified as protection class I and must be
connected to a protective ground. Grounding reduces the risk
of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric
current.
This appliance is fitted with a power cord with grounding plug
or electrical connections with grounding wire. The connections
must be properly installed and grounded.

Preparation before use
• Remove all protective packaging and wrapping.
• Check that the device is in good condition and with all ac-
cessories. In case of incomplete or damaged delivery, please
contact the supplier immediately. In this case, do not use the
device.
• Clean the accessories and the appliance before use (See ==>
Cleaning & Maintenance).
• Make sure the appliance is completely dry.
• Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resistant
surface that is safe against water splashes.

• Keep the packaging if you intend to store your appliance in
the future.
• Keep the user manual for future reference.
NOTE! Due to manufacturing residues, the appliance may emit
a light odor during the first few uses. This is normal and does
not indicate any defect or hazard. Make sure the appliance is
well ventilated.
Operating instructions
(Fig.2 on page 3)
• Select the front or rear hob that you want to use. Place a suit-
able cooking equipment at the centre of the heating surface.
(front or rear hob) (See --> Suitable cooking equipment).
Note: Do not place empty cookware as this may damage the
cookware.
• Then, connect the internal wires of the power supply cord to
a suitable electrical supply. (See --> Power supply line con-
nection).
• Switch on the electrical power supply system.
• "- - - -" will be shown on the display (8) and (9) and the appli-
ance is in STANDBY mode.
• After that, you can start to operate by turning the knob (7) or
(10) in clockwise direction depend on which of the hob that
you use (Front or rear hob).
• Power that you select will be shown instantly on the display
(8) or (9).
• Now, the appliance starts cooking operation. The set power
will be shown on the display (8) or (9) during operation ac-
cordingly.
• After cooking finished, you can turn the appliance to STAND-
BY mode by turning the knob (7) or (10) to "0" position and
"- - - -" is shown on the display (8) or (9) respectively.
Note:
1. After an extended period of operation, it is normal for the
cooling fan inside to continue running in STANDBY mode for
some time. Before unplug the appliance, wait until the cool-
ing fan stops running.
2. The appliance's surface is still hot even after switch to
STANDBY mode. Please wait the appliance completely cool
down before touching or cleaning.
3. Max power setting is 5000W for front hob and 3500W for rear
hob respectively. When set the front hob to 5000W, the max
power of the rear hob will then change to 2000W.
4. If no cookware is placed on the heating surface during opera-
tion, it will switch off automatically within 1 minute and beep
sound will be heard.
