14. Cleaning and maintenance
Tools to be repaired should be brought to the service center. The use of original parts will
ensure the correct and safe operation of the tool.
Disconnect the battery from the tool before checking, doing maintenance, repairing or cleaning the
tool to avoid the danger of accidental tool activation.

In situations of very intensive use of the tool, the chain and the handle could reach high
temperatures. It is recommended to handle the chainsaw with care using protective gloves.
Always wear protective gloves for any operation on the chain and bar.
