5. MAINTENANCE
5.1. PERIODICAL INSPECTIONS AND ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
In order to preserve the perfect efficiency of the product and ensure, in time, its compliance with safety requirements, it is essential
to run periodical inspections and perform the ordinary maintenance.
Periodical inspections must be carried out by the final user. We recommend recording the periodical inspection results on the
dedicated sheet included in this manual (§5.4.).
The following chart identifies the periodical inspections that must be carried out by the final user and their intervals, which may
vary according to the frequency of use of the device.
General inspection and correct working of
all devices (§ 4.3.)

Whenever any irregularity in an original product is identified, the product should immediately be taken out of
service, until the damaged component is repaired or replaced
To keep the product in perfect working conditions and ensure, in time, its compliance with safety requirements,
carry out the ordinary maintenance at least once a year, calling the ME.BER. Technical Assistance Service
(§7.1.).
The inappropriate use and maintenance may cause damage to persons and/or things. Carry out the
periodical inspections and the ordinary maintenance, according to the instructions of this manual.
For assistance and/or spare parts, call only ME.BER. (§7.1.).
5.2. CLEANING
CLEANING and DISINFECTING after EVERY USE
Cleaning can be executed applying the following indications:

In any case, avoid products with aggressive agent (ammonia, bleach,...) and avoid utilization of abrasives to remove spots
such as brushes, steel wool, knifes' blades.
5.3. LUBRICATION
Lubrication can be simply executed by applying one or two drops of medium viscosity oil in the indicated points of the figure 8.
