4. Again turn the cotton candy machine using the switch (1) and wait for the
rotating head (2) is stopped. Use the dosing ladle supplied to catch the
amount of sugar required (Never fill the measuring spoon to full capacity)
and then very carefully pour the contents of the ladle in the center of the
rotating head (Figure 4).
5. Turn the cotton candy machine using the switch (1) and when you notice
that the fibers or threads of sugar appear, use a wooden stick or rod to
collect the cotton candy. Place the stick or rod vertically and insert it into
the bowl, turning the fingers in the direction of clockwise and moving the
container in the clockwise clock to collect all the fibers or threads of sugar.
Once you start to pick cotton candy move the stick or rod horizontally on
the rotating head and continue turning the stick or rod with your fingers,
making sure that continues to collect fibers or threads of sugar.
6. When leaving out sugar fibers or threads, remove the stick or rod with
cotton candy.
7. If you have another cotton candy, turn the machine off (1), re-pour the
contents of another ladle sugar and restart the machine. Make this process
as quickly as possible to prevent the rotary head cools and can make
cotton candy in a few seconds.
Very important:
• Preheat the cotton candy machine at least 5 minutes.
• Wait until the rotary head 2 stops before adding sugar.
• Never pour more sugar that supports the dosing ladle.
• Use only granulated sugar, or specific products for Cotton Candy (dye or
flavors).

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Unplug the cotton candy machine from the mains and wait until completely
cool prior to cleaning.
2. Remove the rotating head (2) by pulling it up (Figure 1).
3. To remove the container (3) make a little twist in the sense of clockwise
and pull it upward.
4. Wash the rotating head and the bowl with soapy water, do NOT use
scouring pads or abrasive cleaning liquids and not enter them in the
dishwasher, then dry with a soft cloth.
5. To place the container (3) insert it into the main body and push down hard,
then rotate counterclockwise to clockwise until two tabs of the container
match the two notches of the main body (Figure 3).
6. Then insert the rotating head (2) by matching the groove of the shaft (2)
with flange shaft main body.
