3.2.1.1. Turning the scale on/off
Hang and set the scale in an upright position, then press the "POWER" button to turn on the power. After
about 2 seconds, the display will show "88888" and then "0.000" - the scale is ready for operation.
To turn off the scale, press and hold the "POWER" button. The scale will turn off automatically if it is not used
for more than 120 seconds.
3.2.1.2. Tare function
The tare function is the weight of the package itself. It is the difference between the total weight of the goods
with the packaging and the weight of the goods without packaging. The tare is used to remove the weight of
an item that should not be included in the overall weight measurement.
To use this function, turn on the scale and wait for it to stabilize. Then hang a container on the hook, wait for
the reading to stabilize, then press the TARE button and wait for the scale display to show "0.000", thus
indicating that the scale is ready for operation. Place the item in the container and the display will show the
weight of the item itself.

Press the UNIT button to select the desired weighing unit.
